The password-protected parts of our Website are intended exclusively for DS's (Direct Sellers) and Franchisee(s) in India.

We hereby disclaim any liability and responsibility whatsoever for damage caused as a result of negligent or improper use of passwords.

2. Purchase Policy:

We accept payments through Debit/Credit Cards, online banking, NEFT/RTGS, Demand Drafts, payment gateways. You might be required to provide your debit or credit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard, you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. We advise you not to save debit/credit card details on the website. You shall not use the credit/debit card which is not lawfully owned by you i.e in any transaction, you must use your own credit/debit card. If we observe or bring to our notice that the card details provided by you are not legally owned by you or are misrepresentation or in a way fraudulent or against banking norms and applicable law(s), then Company may initiate suitable action against that person which deemed appropriate. The buyer shall be solely responsible for all consequences for the purchase and use of products bought from unauthorized sources including unauthorized websites, an E-commerce marketplace, or unauthorized parties.

4. Refund and Return policies:

We are committed to delivering you the best quality products and guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy. The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, accompanied by an invoice and relevant ID proof of the Customer. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon the Customers/Direct Sellers to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

Customer/Direct Sellers may return the products within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

If the product is in marketable** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date accompanied by original invoice full refund will be given after deduction of taxes.

If the product is in marketable** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date not accompanied by original invoice refund after deduction of Taxes levied will be given.

If the product is in Unmarketable*** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date refund value will be assessed by appointed officer/authorised representative and appropriate value will be given.

**Marketable refers to products that are unopened and sealed.

***Unmarketable are products, which have been partially used/opened/ damaged.
Notes:
The Customer/Direct Seller must return the product(s) to our head office personally or by courier.
Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the customer/ Direct Seller on return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by our executive.
Price adjustment of products returned shall be processed in the same Payout. Total amount of the returned products will be deducted from the returning direct sellers account.

5 Nikkiz Magic's Privacy Statement and Policies


All personal data provided to Nikkiz Magic while using the Website will be handled carefully in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy. All information provided to us during the use of the Website must be correct, complete, and up to date.
